Return Rules and Restrictions
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from UNITEDFACE.COM. If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, please contact customer care for a Return Authorization (RA) number. When shipping a return, please fill out & include the return form.

All returns must be shipped (postmarked) within 30 days of original purchase date on the invoice.
Please Note: We will not accept any exchange or refund requests received after the 30-day deadline.
Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: Gift Purchases made from December 1-24 qualify for our Holiday Return policy. Qualifying products can be returned until January 24.

The item(s) must be unworn/unused, free of any damage with all accessories and attached tags to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. |

Refund will include the full amount of purchased price, minus shipping and handling. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return package. |

All return & exchange shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. |

Returns that do not meet conditions above may be subject to a restocking fee of 15-30% of original purchased price or may not be accepted. |

Return / Exchange: Please follow the steps below for a prompt service.

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contact us; please have your invoice or packing slip handy when placing the call. |

Fill out & include the return form with your package. In case of not able to print return form, please include your order number, billing name, reason for return, and address with the item. |

|
|
Pack the item securely in the original boxes (whenever possible) with all accessories, include attached tags to ensure a full credit. |
|
|
|
For your protection, Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages in return shipping. |

Please write RA number on outside of box and send your package to our return.

Order Cancellation To cancel or change an order you recently completed, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
